The Smallest Settlement In New Zealand
I’ve made a bunch of travel videos documenting my year of van life in New Zealand. Arthur’s Pass village, with a population of about 45, was one of the most unique places to visit. I loved hiking the mountains into alpine territory, seeing clouds and ice at the top, then stumbling down to the bottom to see some of the most unique and powerful waterfalls I have so far seen.
Once I arrived here, it was obvious that I’d like to document the experience on video.
So here is my story of the experience along with a personal thought experiment that I was deliberating at the time…
